Trauma Informed Peer Supervision

Good Morning .  It's been pretty well established that trauma is a part of everyone's story, including the Peer Supporters that you supervise.  Understanding the unique role trauma plays in addiction and mental illness is essential for relationship, especially those at work.  Here at Holding the Hope, we want people to get well and we believe peer support is an extraordinary tool to facilitate that.  We want to give you the skills and insights to ensure every peer you supervise is successful at work.  This workshop, Trauma Informed Peer Supervision will do just that.  

Using the five hallmarks of Trauma Informed Care & the twelve SAMHSA Core Competencies of Peer Support this workshop will help you communication concisely and effectively, while creating a safe workplace with low turnover and healthy staff.
