Here at Holding the Hope we want to help you create a workplace that has a cohesive approach to peer support. In order to achieve that, employees all need to have access to the same information from the same sources. So, in 2023 we will be doing our best to provide workshops for Peer Supporters and Peer Support Supervisors based on information from the same sources.
Check out these workshops and forward this email out to your staff or your boss. Once you are all talking the same language you can begin to address issues and take on projects in a way that reflects a cohesive approach to the issue.
Let us know if you have a topic you want us to cover. We are always looking for new ideas.
