In our upcoming workshop, Trauma Informed Peer Supervision, we will build on the skills you already have to increase your confidence. I am going to give you my 5 steps to building an Elite Peer Support Program. Once you understand the concepts that make peer support so fantastic, you can incorporate them into helping your staff thrive.

This workshop will give you a framework to use for your interactions with peer employees. Using the hallmarks of Trauma Informed Care & the twelve SAMHSA Core Competencies of Peer Support this workshop will help you communication concisely and effectively, while creating a safe workplace with low turnover and healthy staff.
