As a peer supporter boundaries and ethics are your best friends and very different that your clinical co-workers. In our workshop Ethics & Boundaries for Peer Supporters I will teach you how to establish boundaries and become very clear on what your ethics will allow or not. The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of the ethics, guidelines and boundaries that are essential to their profession.

Supervising Peers around Ethics & Boundaries is a dynamic, interactive workshop designed for people who supervise Peer Supporters in any role. The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards and the work of Vicki Reynolds, Ph.D. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of the ethics, guidelines and boundaries that are essential to Peer Supporters and a healthy workplace in general.
