Listen  - Being a peer supporter is a hard job.  It's even harder if you don't know how to set boundaries and make concise ethical decisions.  Not having these skills will lead to burnout and overwhelm faster than you can say "I need a nap".   Fortunately, I teach a workshop that can help you learn.  

Ethics & Boundaries in Peer Support  is a dynamic, interactive workshop designed for Peer Support Counselors in any role. The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of the ethics, guidelines and boundaries that are essential to their profession.
