Have you ever found yourself wondering how you got roped into doing something? Maybe you are stressed about a situation your boss wants to talk to you about. As a peer supporter, boundaries and ethics are your best friends and very different that your clinical co-workers.  In our workshop Ethics & Boundaries for Peer Supporters I will teach you how to establish boundaries and become very clear on what your ethics will allow or not.

Ethics & Boundaries for Peer Supporters is a dynamic, interactive workshop designed for Peer Support . The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of the ethics, guidelines and boundaries that are essential to their profession.  We also talk about inner office dynamics and how to stay "peer" in your work with colleagues.
