As a peer supporter, boundaries and ethics are your best friends and very different that your clinical co-workers.  In our workshop Ethics & Boundaries for Peer Supporters I will teach you how to establish boundaries and become very clear on what your ethics will allow or not.

Ethics & Boundaries for Peer Supporters is a dynamic, interactive workshop designed for Peer Support . The content is largely based on the International Association of Peer Specialists document, National Ethical Guidelines and Practice Standards. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of the ethics, guidelines and boundaries that are essential to their profession.  We also talk about inneroffice dynamics and how to stay "peer" in your work with colleagues.
