At Holding the Hope, we want you to be successful.  So, we are going to walk you through 7 days of improving skills as a peer supporter in the areas of Communication, Advocacy, Recovery & Resiliency, Empowerment and everyday skills. We threw in a bonus day for supervisors.  (Or they can join their own 3 day supervision challenge!) Each day you get an email that provides links to resources, a video from me and a workbook for self reflection along with tools to measure your success.
