Outsiders Inn seeks operations and outreach staff
Outsiders Inn is providing staffing and management for the St Paul's Church Men’s Shelter and additional programs supporting unhoused persons in Vancouver, WA. The shelter is intended to provide a safe and warm space for men and is designed to provide easy, low-barrier access for men who would otherwise be sleeping outdoors or in vehicles.
Overview
Work with the shelter director, lead staff, other engagement specialists, and volunteers to ensure that the shelter spaces are safe, sanitary and welcoming to a broad diversity of men without housing, including people of all races, nationalities, languages, ages, abilities, and gender orientation.
