Overheard at a staff meeting "Hey how are the WRAP registrations coming along?" Answer: "No registrations yet". Me, curious, open up the program we use to collect payments and see over 50 "incomplete" payments with no names or emails attached.😱 What does that even mean? One of two things: Either no one is able to register and our classes are empty, OR all of you have registered and our classes are overbooked. Either way...Super
Fun! Our staff has been working really hard for days to sort this out. Our registration process has lots of programs that talk with one another, so that means lots of time on calls (and on hold) with tech support.
